Admission Procedure

At Oxford International School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and become part of our vibrant school community. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide to our admission procedure:

Step 1: Inquiry and Information

Prospective parents and students can begin by obtaining information about our school. You can visit our campus, browse our website, or contact our admission office to learn more about our academic programs, extracurricular activities, and school culture.

Step 2: Application Form

Interested parents are required to fill out the application form, which is available at our school office or can be downloaded from our website. Please complete the form with accurate details and submit it along with the required documents.

Required Documents:

  •   Birth Certificate (copy)
  •   Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents
  •   Previous academic records (if applicable)
  •   Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  •   Address proof (copy)
  •   Aadhar Card (copy) or other valid ID proof

Step 3: Submission of Application

Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to our admission office within the specified timeline. Our admission team will review the application and documents for completeness and accuracy.

Step 4: Entrance Assessment/ Interview

To ensure that students are placed in the appropriate grade level, we conduct an entrance assessment/ interview for applicants. This assessment evaluates the student’s academic abilities in key subjects and helps us understand their learning needs.

Step 5: Admission Decision

Based on the application, entrance assessment results, and interaction/interview, the admission committee will make a decision. Successful applicants will receive an offer of admission, and parents will be notified via email or phone.

Step 6: Fee Payment

Upon receiving the admission offer, parents are required to pay the admission fee and the first installment of the tuition fee within the stipulated time to confirm the seat. Details of the fee structure and payment methods will be provided in the admission offer letter.

Step 7: Confirmation of Admission

Once the fee payment is completed, parents will receive a confirmation of admission along with further instructions regarding the commencement of the academic session, uniform, textbooks, and other necessary information.
